Lifetime Warranty

Mount Seven offers a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials used to the original owner. In the unlikely event a product should fail, Mount Seven will at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item. Should the product fail due to misuse, Mount Seven will repair the product for a nominal fee. All returns must have prior authorization, and must be presented clean. Any product sent unclean, will be charged a fee for cleaning, or be sent back to the owner to be cleaned.

Return Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with products purchased from mountseven.com, you may return the product within 15 days for a full refund for the amount of the original purchase price of the product. The product must be in an unworn new condition for full refund. Please contact customer service at Mount Seven at 209.358.7971 for a return authorization number. Please do not return any product without a return authorization number.
